Group Visit Request Form

Bringing a Group to Visit BC?

We'd love to welcome your group to campus! To get started, please fill out the request form below after reviewing these key details:

- Stay on schedule: We may need to adjust plans if your group arrives late/early or changes plans last-minute. Please note that we may not have availability for adjustments.

- Lunch in dining hall: Available for $12/person (with tax exempt form) for visits between 11 AM - 2 PM. Please indicate on the form if you'd like lunch. Please note BC is admissions is unable to contribute to lunch expenses.

- Respect our campus: BC is a living and learning space. Please ensure all guests are respectful. We reserve the right to end a visit early or refuse future visits due to inappropriate behavior.

- Visit length: A typical visit is about 2 hours and includes:

15 min: Arrival, walking, interest forms
45 min: Information Session
1 hour: Campus tour
