Group Visit Request Form

Please read and acknowledge all of the following points before completing the group visit request form

- We ask that your group sticks to the discussed schedule. If your group arrives late or needs to make last minute changes, please understand that we reserve the right to change the visit agenda and may only have the availability that was originally discussed

- Lunch is not included with a group visit and costs $12/person. Only visits scheduled between 11-2 may include lunch. If you would like lunch in the dining hall, please indicate on the request form below

- Please understand that we may divide your group for campus tours to keep group sizes manageable and so that our student ambassadors can give the best tour possible

- Our standard group visit lasts about two hours and includes a BC information presentation, a campus tour, and some time for students to get settled and fill out info forms. Below is a sample agenda for a BC group visit.

1 hour: Campus tour from BC Student Ambassador

- Please communicate with all prospective students and chaperones that BC's campus is a place of work and study, and is home for our students. We ask that all visitors respect the campus, facilities, students, faculty, and staff for the duration of the visit. We reserve the right to terminate a visit and/or refuse future visits as a result of inappropriate behavior

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept group visit requests on campus holidays or breaks, weekend dates, or any date that we are hosting an on-campus admissions event. If your desired visit date falls onto the date of an admissions event (Jan 15, Feb 19, March 25 - April 5), we encourage you to check for other options on that day!
